The job:
Working as part of a trusted housing association's planned works team, you'll be installing kitchens in occupied and void properties across Yeovil and the surrounding area. You'll be expected to complete full kitchen replacements within 2-3 days, maintaining high standards for the tenants and your team. This isn't just about tools and tiles - it's about making homes better for people who need them most.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified to NVQ/C&G Level 2 in Carpentry or similar
- Skilled in fitting kitchens, plus tiling, patch plastering, and plumbing (especially copper pipework - no push fit)
- Experience working in social housing
- Able to work independently but also be a team player
- Wet room experience would be a bonus
- Full UK driving licence
