We are super excited to be recruiting a talented IT Support Technician with 4 plus years IT Support experience and a genuine passion for technology and the desire to work with like-minded people within a busy workplace environment. You will find yourself working for a company who really pride themselves on putting their customers first thereby ensuring the smooth running of their customer's IT, Infrastructure and Networking technologies along with supporting their hosted voice clients. Note this role offers genuine future progression opportunities.

Salary up to £34-42K depending on experience.

Key responsibilities for the IT Support Technician include:

  • Provide telephone and email support to our customers to maintain their systems.
  • Attend client-site call outs when required.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Prioritise outbound calling to resolve cases in a timely manner.
  • Onboarding new clients.
  • Report issues to 3rd party suppliers ensuring clients are updated and cases are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Cases are managed in line with agreed SLAs and are escalated with sufficient SLA remaining.
  • Use available broadband diagnostic tools to identify and resolve broadband faults.
  • Support the technical team in additional areas where required.
  • Carry out general administration duties such as logging calls, database administration on the company CRM system.

The ideal IT Support Technician will need the following:

  • At least 4 years+ experience in a varied I.T Support and managing client accounts.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Azure active directory.
  • Good experience with the full Microsoft product suite.
  • Basic experience/awareness of firewalls, routers and telephony would be desirable.
  • Ability to work productively within a small team.
  • Being forward thinking and innovative.
  • Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build working relationships with clients.
  • Must be able to drive to attend to call outs so a full UK driving license is essential.
