My client is currently recruiting for Senior Investment Brokers to join their direct team based in London.
Role of our Investment Broker:
- Contacting inbound leads that have shown interest in investing into capital growth backed investments.
- Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions in order to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.
- Working towards KPIs and targets, both independently and as a team.
- Face to face meetings.
- 360 sales position.
- Load clients.
As an Investment Broker you will need to have the following:
- Previous Sales experience.
- Happy to speak to clients over the phone.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Handle and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to targets.
- Accurate labelling of calls and CRM management.
Successful salespeople can expect to earn in excess of £140,000 in year one.
