Investigation Case Officer is urgently required for a 6 month plus, remote temporary booking.
The role is mainly a remote/home-based position, working from home for 4 days and 1 day in the London office, located near Chancery Lane tube.
The Investigations Case Officer will earn £17.58 per hour for 35 hours per week.
Duties to include:
- Investigate complaints from websites & social media.
- Handle queries about misuse of a professionally recognised job title.
- Manage caseloads.
- Instruct solicitors in prosecuting cases in the magistrates’ courts.
- Correspond and maintain relationships with police, trading standards, etc.
- Draft press releases following criminal prosecutions.
