Investigation Case Officer is urgently required for a 6 month plus, remote temporary booking.

The role is mainly a remote/home-based position, working from home for 4 days and 1 day in the London office, located near Chancery Lane tube.

The Investigations Case Officer will earn £17.58 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties to include:

  1. Investigate complaints from websites & social media.
  2. Handle queries about misuse of a professionally recognised job title.
  3. Manage caseloads.
  4. Instruct solicitors in prosecuting cases in the magistrates’ courts.
  5. Correspond and maintain relationships with police, trading standards, etc.
  6. Draft press releases following criminal prosecutions.

The Investigation Case Officer role would suit those with experience within Investigations and Case Management, perhaps within a regulatory or legal environment.
