Inventory Coordinator Sector: Logistics / Supply Chain Location: Wolverhampton Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive + Benefits   ISQ Recruitment is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support the production line and manage inventory accuracy for a leading logistics operation in Wolverhampton. This role is perfect for someone with stock control experience and a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or supply chain environment.   What You’ll Be Doing: Stock Control & Allocation – Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and ensure correct allocation of materials. Process Improvement – Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to improve stock-based processes. Data & Reporting – Provide analysis and reports to senior management on stock accuracy, replenishment efficiency, and other key metrics. Systems & Compliance – Update stock movements in SAP EWM & ECC, troubleshoot transaction issues, and implement corrective actions. Visual & Physical Stock Management – Oversee marketplace stock allocation, kanban systems, and line-side buttons. Annual Stock Take – Organise and lead stock count processes, ensuring accurate recording and resolution of discrepancies. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with internal teams to improve stock management and resolve inventory-related challenges. What We’re Looking For: Previous stock control experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain. Strong knowledge of operations processes and procedures. IT skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
