Flowtec are a rapidly expanding global Recruitment Consultancy. We provide international headhunting and search & selection solutions across Engineering, Technical Sales and IT.

We are looking to bring our Talent Acquisition in house and recruit someone to lead our expansion efforts across Europe and beyond. The ideal candidate would be someone from a R2R / Rec-2-Rec background who wants to use their skills to support our growth in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Spain. Experience headhunting candidates is essential. European languages (such as German, Dutch or Spanish) are a benefit, but not required.
