Interim procurement professional required with experience operating in the public sector and strong knowledge of Public Contract Regulations. The organisation provides a variety of key services UK wide. £450-£500pd INSIDE IR35, 6m. Hybrid working model with 1-2 days travel in offices in either Northwest or Southeast.

Key skillset requirements:

  • A solid background in public sector procurement with a proven record of success
  • In-depth understanding of Public Contract Regulations (PCR2015), OJEU procedures, and awareness of upcoming changes under the Procurement Act 2023
  • Experience using Government procurement frameworks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident & proven ability to influence stakeholders effectively
