Interim Deputy Headteacher

An interim Deputy Headteacher is required to lead on Curriculum and Quality of Education within an SEMH special school based in the Guildford area. This position is to lead Teaching and Learning within the school, raising standards by implementing and monitoring a diverse curriculum allowing pupils to discover their talents, achieve meaningful qualifications, and develop the skills they need for a successful future. A talented senior leader is required with a passion for high quality teaching along with the ability inspire and engage staff and pupils. Interest is welcomed from senior leaders with a strong background in teaching and learning and curriculum development and implementation from either a specialist or mainstream (primary or secondary) education background. April 2025 start – Two term contract initially Interviews will take place upon receipt of suitable applications to secure the position
