Infrastructure Associate Director (Services & Workplace) My FTSE 100 Client is urgently recruiting an Infrastructure Associate Director to sit at the heart of their Digital and Technology team, combining two operational roles – Workplace Technology and Service Operations. The role will be to Lead Service Operations across the Client’s estate, ensuring all IT Services deliver an excellent experience through well integrated components, partners and people, supported by consistent, efficient Service Management processes, from request, incident and change, to design and transition. Leading the Workplace Technology for my Client will enable you to innovate, shape new working practices and teams to perform wherever they are, from end-user devices (Laptops, iPads, iPhones, Office365, Windows etc). This role will work with a combination of permanent staff, contractors and third-party partners including the Tech Bar, who are located on site in several locations to deliver the highest premium service to the different teams & departments. I am looking for the right Candidate to have worked in a similar role and have excellent knowledge of end user hardware, including; laptops, desktops, mobile devices, multi-function print devices and modern corporate office equipment. Excellent knowledge of enterprise configuration, management and support of technology such as Microsoft and Apple operating system, Office 365, MS Teams, Apple iOS, iPadOS and good knowledge of enterprise management tools; AD, Azure, SCCM and ServiceNow.
