Our client, based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, is currently recruiting for 2x ASB Officers to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis (on an initial 12-week contract). The salary is paying between £33,366 - £37,035 per annum. The hourly rate for the initial temporary contract is negotiable/more flexible. The role is full time hours, Mon-Fri and they are ideally looking to have people in place for the start of June.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a caseload of Anti-Social Behaviour cases (mix of low-high level ASB) across a patch of around 3000 properties
- Mediating between residents to avoid escalation
- Investigating tenancy breaches
- Responsible for carrying out legal enforcement e.g. injunctions, closure orders etc.
- Attending court on behalf of the organisation
Essential criteria/experience:
- Access to own vehicle
- Experience (and a keen interest) in resolving Anti-Social Behaviour cases
