Location The City – London DESCRIPTION Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Lead and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent across all functions. Oversee the selection and implementation of a best-in-class recruitment and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimise hiring processes. Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team focused on delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand identity, positioning us as an employer of choice in Europe and beyond. Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and create a robust internal talent pipeline. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment efforts, ensuring a balanced and representative workforce. Utilise experience working across European markets to tailor recruiting practices that align with regional nuances and talent landscapes. Lead recruitment for senior-level and executive roles, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and culture. Use data and analytics to track hiring metrics, enhance recruitment efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with business leaders, HR, and marketing teams to align recruitment efforts with overall business strategy. PROFILE To be considered for this role, you must: Proven expertise in recruitment across European markets. Skilled in designing and implementing succession planning to strengthen talent pipelines. Experienced in building a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset in all interactions. Clear, professional verbal and written communication with candidates and stakeholders. Strong team player, fostering collaboration within the talent team and with stakeholders. Confident, engaging presence in representing the talent team and company. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ATS or recruitment systems.
