Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee a team of Account Managers, drive sales strategies, and promote our range of aftersales products. In this role you will: Manage a regional team, ensuring compliance and business growth. Develop and implement sales strategies in line with national and regional business plans. Collaborate cross functionally, to deliver a fantastic service and maximise opportunities. Build and maintain customer relationships, based on trust. Proactively sell and market Scania’s Aftersales products (R&M packages, service contracts, parts sales and much more). About you: Leadership: the ability to lead, coach and develop a team. Communication: possess strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Open minded: the ability to identify new opportunities and encourage your team to do the same. Systems: confident in your ability to utilise and maximise CRM systems. Sales experience: a proven track record of driving sales and business development.
