What you’ll be doing:
- The production of all operational, COO, Trustee and Board reports for the area.
- Provide active ongoing insights around our data.
- Implement new ways of work and innovation in the production of MI and business forecasts.
- Develop a MI insights programme to support ongoing innovation in the operational areas.
- Engage with other key areas to ensure that the operational impact of activities is accurately assessed and understood and reflected in all plans.
What we’re looking for:
- MI and data insight production and visualisation skills.
- Have a thorough knowledge of Contact forecasting & MI reporting metrics including the use of Erlang.
- Experience of working in a similar operational planning role with headcount of circa 400.
- Demonstratable experience of working across multiple functions within an organisation, creating relationships and exhibiting great stakeholder management.
- The implementation and use of data integration and visualisation tools.
