My client is a fast growing retail business that is looking for a Head of Client Success as an addition to their business. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is suitable for someone who has a proven background in sales but is also really focused on the client experience once the sale and contracts have been finalized. Working with blue chip, major retailers this role will suit someone experienced in high level sales/account management, and ideally (but not essentially) from logistics or supply chain background. You will be working with clients post sale to ensure that standards are met at all times and the relationship with the client is maintained, upsold and developed at all times. Client relationship development is very important in this role, looking for continuous improvement and client satisfaction. This is an office based role that will involve some travel to clients as and when required. This is an excellent role for someone who has an all round background as listed above.
