As a Head of Commercial you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts Domestic & Commercial.
  2. Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
  3. Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  4. Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  5. Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  6. Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
  7. Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
