Head of Commercial

Head of Commercial – Sheffield Our client – who are a business who specialise in building and operating utilities infrastructure in the UK – are seeking a Head of Commercial to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will play a key part in leading the commercial management of Major Projects for the business. Responsibilities: * Lead on management of MU projects for commercial team. * Investigate commercial procedures and training for various business contracts. * Manage and sign off on project cash flows, budgets, and forecasts. * Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure PMs and Engineers are held accountable for their project margins. Experience: * Previous Commercial Finance experience. * Experience in financial project margins, and project cashflow forecasting. * Ability to manage commercial contracts and maximising project profitability. * Utilities/Renewables experience would be desirable, but not essential.
