Are you a recent Graduate eagerly looking to kickstart your career in the medical sales industry? Look no further! We’re recruiting for an exceptional opportunity for a Graduate to become part of a renowned global leader in the Medical Device industry, who specialises in pioneering products in breast cancer treatment. Due to strong sales and ambitious growth plans, our client requires a dynamic individual to join their well-established sales team as a Graduate Medical Sales Representative.
Working alongside the Account Managers, you will support the team with setting up product demonstrations, running evaluations, account maintenance, and assisting with after care support for customers and patients across the North of the UK. Applicants must be based close to the M1, between Nottingham and Leeds. Circa £25,000 to £30,000 DOE + exceptional benefits package including bonus, car allowance, pension and more!
Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
- Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
- Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
- Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
- Learn and understand the products to become a product expert.
- Acquire expertise in breast cancer, diagnostic procedures, and therapies through relevant training.
- Educate and support customers in product use, both in-person and virtually.
- Attend theatre procedures at multiple sites, providing high-quality product demonstrations and handovers.
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialists for customer training, and relationship building.
- Invest maximum time in the field to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Attend educational events and tradeshows to collect leads and improve market awareness.
