German speaking Business Development Manager
Our client, a SaaS company in the events industry, is looking for a motivated and experienced German-speaking Business Development Manager to join their growing multicultural sales team. In this role you will be generating leads in the German market and managing the sales cycle from start to finish. If you are a German speaker who has 360 experience, from lead generation, to negotiating and closing deals, this could be your next exciting role! This is a permanent, hybrid position based in Central London.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying opportunities and qualifying prospects in the German market
Creating and presenting proposals for prospective clients
Negotiating contracts and terms to close mutually beneficial deals
Working collaboratively with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sharing market insightsAbout you:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a 360 business development role and be fluent in German. You must have a strong work ethic, resilience and show willingness to learn. In return, you will get 28 days holiday (excluding bank holidays!), early finish on a Friday, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing company who are pioneers in the industry.
Profile:
Must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, BDR, or in a 360 sales role where you managed the full sales cycle.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
