We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Project Manager to join our client and lead the delivery of cutting-edge Fire and Security system installations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from small installations starting at £5k to high-value, large-scale undertakings up to £2m. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients receive top-quality service, with projects completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Managing every phase of multiple projects, including client communication, estimating, procurement, and resourcing.
- High-Quality Delivery: Overseeing installations for Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Door Entry Systems, ensuring seamless execution.
- Commercial Focus: Maintaining strict budgetary controls while delivering exceptional results, identifying and costing any variations to specifications, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifying and mitigating potential project risks to keep operations smooth and efficient.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring open communication throughout each project's lifecycle.
