About the Role Working as part of a collaborative and successful Family Law department, your role will include: Advising on a full range of family law matters including divorce, separation, and financial settlements Handling private children law cases, including residence and contact arrangements Managing domestic abuse and injunction proceedings Dealing with TOLATA claims and cohabitation disputes Drafting cohabitation and prenuptial agreements Ensuring effective financial control and adherence to billing targets Supporting colleagues and supervising junior team members as needed Following risk management, compliance, and quality control proceduresThe Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will possess: Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in family law A minimum of 2 years PQE (guideline only – all levels considered on merit) The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision Excellent communication and client care skills Confidence with IT systems and case management software A proactive approach to business development and marketing Flexibility to accommodate business needs, including occasional weekend workWhy Join?
