Estimator – Cladding / Facade The Company * My client is a specialist façade contractor, serving as the façade division within a larger group of companies. * Their pipeline of cladding remediation works are in demand and they have a strong forward order book. * HQ based in London. The Role – Estimator (Cladding/Facade) My client are a forward-thinking employer, looking to appoint an Estimator for their precon team. This role can be a hybrid working arrangement. Working closely with the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for: * Measuring and take offs for materials, plant and labour * Liaising with clients and consultants * Carry out site visits and surveys * Understand and analyse project specifications & drawings * Assist with tenders within short timescales * Produce Value Engineering solutions * Obtain, understand and analyse subcontractor quotations *Previous experience in estimating or surveying, within the facade industry is essential
