You’ll lead the design of scalable, secure technology solutions that meet today’s needs and are ready for tomorrow’s challenges.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Collaboration:</b> Act as a bridge between business leaders and IT, collaborating to understand processes, challenges, and technology requirements. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the architecture supports and enhances organizational goals.</li><li><b>Technology Roadmapping and Solution Architecture:</b> Own and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business priorities. Evaluate emerging tech trends, drive solution architecture for projects, and ensure everything fits within the broader enterprise structure.</li><li><b>Governance and Compliance:</b> Establish and enforce governance to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You’ll monitor systems for alignment, establish KPIs to measure success, and ensure that architecture supports security and compliance.</li><li><b>Risk Management:</b> Identify potential technology risks and develop mitigation strategies. Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure that architecture adheres to security standards and best practices.</li><li><b>Data Architecture and Integration:</b> Develop a cohesive data architecture to support organization-wide analytics, decision-making, and data quality. Ensure integration between systems and data sources for enhanced reliability and accessibility.</li><li><b>Documentation and Communication:</b> Keep comprehensive documentation of architecture, technology standards, and models. Regularly communicate architecture status, risks, and updates to senior leadership and provide training and guidance to ensure alignment across IT teams.</li></ol><p><b>What you bring:</b></p><ol><li><b>Experience:</b> At least 8 years in IT, with 3-5 years in a senior architecture role.
