ITS Hereford are recruiting for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operative to join a Hereford based company on a full-time permanent contract.

Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Hours are flexible for the right candidate)

Salary: £28,500 per annum (plus a potential monthly company bonus)

Duties:

  • You will be required to package items into boxes, ready for dispatch ensuring items are labelled correctly.
  • Ensuring the immediate work environment is clean and tidy.
  • Set up and operate embroidery machine, following job specification.
  • Load and thread machines with appropriate colours and materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines & monitor the machine operation.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, addressing any issues or defects promptly.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience in embroidery machinery and be able to embroider products to a high standard.
  • You must be neat and demonstrate dexterity at all times.
  • You must be organised and have an eye for detail.
  • You must have good communication skills including verbal and written.
