Job Title: Electrician Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Category: Property Services Location: Bedfordshire Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Salary: £20.00 – £25.00 per hour We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join a reactive maintenance division, responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient repairs and upgrades to both occupied and unoccupied properties on behalf of a leading social housing provider. Responsibilities: Carrying out high quality electrical repairs to the housing stock in accordance with customers requirements working on both occupied and empty homes as the need arises. Using a PDA device to complete time sheets work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken.
