Electrical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to lead the electrical operations for a high-end residential project. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of all electrical systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate electrical work for a residential construction project. * Manage and lead a team of electricians and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of electrical installations. * Review and approve electrical plans, ensuring they meet local codes and regulations. * Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, panels, and appliances. * Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards. * Work closely with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall project. * Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates and reports on progress. * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that may arise during construction. * Ensure proper documentation and records of work performed and materials used. * Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project. Qualifications: * Gold ECS at least * SMSTS * Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or similar role in residential construction. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. * Previous experience in managing teams and coordinating with multiple trades on residential projects. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications. * Proficiency in project management software and tools.
