This role involves working closely with the class teacher, assisting with engaging activities, and providing individual and small-group support to help young learners develop essential early skills. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, particularly in Phonics, Communication & Language, and early Maths, would be an advantage.
