Your Role: As the eCommerce Manager, you'll oversee the P&L for the new French website, primarily focused on maximising conversion rates and online sales. Collaborating with the Marketing, Tech, and Logistics teams, you'll ensure a seamless rollout in the French market and drive the online growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online trading initiatives and the end-to-end e-commerce operation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on impactful digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Work with our Tech Manager to create an exceptional UX/UI that keeps customers engaged.
- Monitor web stats and generate insightful reports on digital performance.
- Maintain and administer the UK & Ireland websites with precision.
- Align the website with the wider Groups’ brand and strategy.
- Support social media campaigns and manage content updates.
- Respond to security and performance issues swiftly.
What We Need from You:
- Strong understanding of French customer needs and ideally a French speaker (although this is not essential).
- A commercial mindset, able to pinpoint market gaps and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis, enabling you to make quick, informed commercial decisions.
- Negotiation skills to build professional relationships.
- Experience in enhancing customer experience through active listening and feedback implementation.
- Familiarity with managing external marketing campaigns across various partners.
