James Stevens Associates are delighted to be working with a wonderful Housing & Specialist Services provider based between Central to North London.
This organisation is on a mission to build better lives through care and housing support across London and the South East — and they’re looking for a strategic, values-driven leader to help them deliver that vision. As their new Director of Governance and Assurance, you’ll be the go-to expert on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You’ll work closely with their CEO, Chair, and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring their operations remain transparent, ethical, and aligned with the highest standards. You’ll also be Company Secretary, leading Board governance and driving continuous improvement across all areas of assurance.
We’re looking for:
