Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Hammersmith

Salary: £30-35k

A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled digital marketing professional to join a growing and established fin tech company to increase brand awareness.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Email Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing to optimise performance.
  2. Event Management: Coordinate event invitations, manage RSVP lists, and track event attendance and follow-ups.
  3. Webinars: Organise and promote webinars, ensuring proper setup, promotion, registration, and post-webinar content distribution.
  4. Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish posts across platforms. Manage and streamline content, ensuring consistency and timely engagement.
  5. Content Management: Post and update content on the company website, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  6. SEO & SEM: Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies, SEM campaigns, keyword research, and optimising website content for search engines.
  7. Asset Creation & Implementation: Support the creation, implementation, and management of digital assets (banners, videos, images) for use in campaigns and social media.
  8. Video Asset Handling & Creation: Manage video assets, working with external agencies to commission motion design and video creation, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  9. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Provide weekly status updates and reports on marketing campaign performance, pipeline progress, and upcoming tasks.

Skills and Experience Required:

  1. Previous experience in a digital marketing or marketing co-ordination role.
  2. Proven experience managing email campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM initiatives, and video assets.
  3. Proficient in using marketing tools such as Totango, Microsoft 365, Webflow, Azure, and social media aggregators.
  4. Experience with website content management and ability to work across platforms.
  5. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to optimise content for search engines.
  6. Experience in asset creation and handling, including working with motion design and video production.
  7. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating across teams to collect information and drive marketing activities.
  8. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle both strategic initiatives and execution.
