Independent, predominantly private practice with a small amount of NHS at £14 UDA. ZEST Dental Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist for a part-time position in Worthing, West Sussex.

  • Providing superb private opportunity with a small UDA contract in a predominantly private practice (approx. 70% private).
  • Private paid at 50% gross; UDA paid at £13 to £14 per UDA depending on experience.
  • 2.5 days per week - (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
  • State of the art equipment (digital x-ray, rotary endo, microscope, etc.).
  • Well established dental practice with very well-maintained patients.
  • Potential for future partnership.
  • Permanent position.

This is an established predominantly private dental practice in the heart of Worthing, close to the beach. The practice is modern and well-equipped with rotary endodontics, digital radiography, microscope, and a dedicated de-con room. With a principal in the practice, you will benefit from plenty of support and learning in a collaborative team environment.

We are seeking a dentist who is good with patients and building relationships; a candidate who can speak with patients, is confident, and can offer and provide private treatments. The practice has a small NHS contract, which is shared between the associates and partners. The UDA allocation is flexible, and we are happy to discuss your expectations/requirements. However, you will be afforded plenty of opportunity for private treatments in this established practice with a friendly and professional team.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number, and have experience of providing dental treatment in the UK.
