About the Role
Premier Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a prestigious Legal 500 law firm in their search for an experienced Debt Recovery Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team, offering hybrid working to support your work-life balance.
If you’re an insolvency litigation specialist with a proven track record of acting for large multi-national corporations or local authorities, we want to hear from you!
As a valued member of the Credit Solutions Team, you will provide a comprehensive range of services for a varied and high-profile client base, including:
- Major utility suppliers
- Government bodies
- Financial and commercial businesses
- Insolvency practitioners
You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Advising on the merits of litigation and acting for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings
- Managing insolvency actions
- Working on non-contentious probate matters, such as securing grants on behalf of creditors and administering estates
This role is perfect for a solicitor with strong commercial litigation experience who is eager to specialise further, develop their expertise, and grow within a thriving, fast-paced environment.
