Our client is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join the business at an exciting time of growth. Working closely with the Sales and Support Teams, you will be a necessary part of the onboarding and implementation of new customers as well as ensuring seamless adoption of the platform.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning the process ensuring new customers are onboarded successfully.
  • Managing onboarding plans.
  • Educating end customers ensuring they are confident with the platform.
  • Ensuring continued relationships to ensure satisfaction as the customer is onboarded.
  • Providing support, guidance and ongoing necessary support on the platform.
