Our prestigious client in Marlow are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join their team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The position offers a chance to develop your skills in a supportive and forward-thinking company. Key Responsibilities: – Engage directly with customers via telephone or electronic communication. – Manage direct customer orders following the internal sales order process meticulously. – Address and resolve general and order-specific customer enquiries promptly and effectively. – Handle return requests efficiently, ensuring all relevant systems are updated in line with company procedures. – Provide support with order status updates and delivery tracking queries. Skills and Experience Required: – Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential. – Order processing experience is essential  – Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.  – A self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. – Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
