Call Centre – Customer Service (Phone, Email and Livechat) Full Time/Permanent Nottingham City Centre We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our clients brand new team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a timely and professional manner. Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotational shift pattern between 8am and 6pm Salary: £25,000 + £1500 annual bonus (based on personal performance) Location: Nottingham City Centre (NG1) Training: 3 months training followed by 3 months grad bay Role: * Providing excellent customer service to existing customers via phone, email and webchat * Ability to handle high volume of calls, chats and emails with degrees of questions or concerns * Comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a computer * Must be able to work within a team environment, communicating with other agents. * Customer focused * Be able to navigate and learn multiple computer systems * Problem solving skills and deliver timely resolution * Work towards several different targets * Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
