You will be responsible for assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email to discuss their requirements and offer effective solutions. You will up-sell additional products and services where possible whilst dealing with enquiries and converting them to orders. Hours of work: Monday-Friday with weekends on a rota Description of the role: Identifying and quantifying the potential leads for each customer. Dealing with enquiries via the website, face-to-face and over the phone. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for all staff and customers. Completing all administrative duties. Working as a team to achieve targets. About you: Experience of working within a customer focussed environment. Able to communicate with customers over the phone, face-to-face and via email. Effective up-selling skills and able to work to targets. IT literate including Microsoft Office and using bespoke systems.
