Are you currently working in a customer services role, but looking for something a little different on a daily basis? Do you have currently, or have you considered a swap into a collections or account arrears career? Would you be keen to help your specific portfolio of clients with managing their repayment and loan activities?
Do you have the skills needed to turn a negative situation into a positive one through listening, detail recording, clarifying, prioritising, directing, negotiating and then future overseeing? If you feel you meet the above criteria, you will find yourself part of a customer focused team, who work with their clients to help come up with alternative repayment plans, and then you step in to follow it through to the final payments - keeping in regular contact with the client, tracking activities against internal company guidelines, Treating Customers Fairly and Temporary payment pauses.
We are targeting individuals with empathy, tact and diplomacy. You will have a supervisor to provide guidance after initial training and escalations if needed. But you will be involved in the negotiation processes with a level of autonomy, which will need to be adapted to each individual customer's circumstances.
