Join a leading team delivering innovative and complex developments across the UK. We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of major facades projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight & Coordination: Take full responsibility for the management and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and support project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and alignment across all departments. Cost & Budget Management: Oversee project financials, ensuring strict cost control and regular reporting. Manage and mitigate financial risks, including procurement, contracts, and preliminaries. Contract Administration: Manage the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements. Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved swiftly. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to manage and mitigate them. Resolve issues effectively to maintain smooth project progress. Health & Safety & Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety across all levels of the project. Requirements: Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on facades or similar sectors. Strong experience in contract negotiation, administration, and financial management. Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project risks effectively.
