Location: Huddersfield (hybrid working options available)

Pay: £(phone number removed) per annum (depending on experience)

Work Hours: Full-Time - Mon to Fri, 9am-5.00pm

Job Type: 18-month contract (with prospect of permanent employment for right candidate)

On behalf of our client based in Huddersfield, we are seeking a skilled Digital Content Creator to support the development and delivery of digital content across web, email, video, and webinar channels. This new role will play a key part in enhancing digital engagement and supporting product visibility across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital assets align with brand strategy, are tailored to the target audience, and are effectively integrated into the client's Salesforce CRM platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating compelling content and managing digital content for websites, email campaigns, videos, and bite-size webinars
  • Supporting content planning and scheduling to meet campaign timelines
  • Developing and delivering engaging email campaigns and webinar content for healthcare audiences
  • Applying SEO best practices in all content to improve digital visibility and drive traffic to the company's digital platforms
  • Setting up and optimizing automated customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Collaborating with graphic designers, digital marketers, and other internal stakeholders and external partners to generate new ideas and execute campaigns
  • Monitoring and analysing content performance using analytic tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital content creation and management (essential)
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design or related field (not essential)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Proficient in graphic design software, video editing tools, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing techniques
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
