Conference Producer Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop conference programmes
- Speaker Acquisition
- Manage speaker replacements
- Create advisory committees for each event
- Keep up to date on new formats in the event industry that keep the events as interactive as possible
- Creating content to support the summits, including working with industry experts and speakers to develop proprietary content to be shared on-site and used in marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with promotional strategies and enhances event visibility
- Create engaging and insightful digital content by leveraging industry trends, speaker insights, and relevant narratives to drive value and audience engagement across all digital channels.
- Researching industry trends and developing event concepts
- Identifying and engaging with potential speakers, sponsors and attendees
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to manage all event logistics
- Developing and managing budgets and timelines for events
- Ensuring that all events are executed to a high standard and within budget
- Providing on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations
