The Role:
As Commercial Manager, you will oversee the commercial functions of several Planned Maintenance contracts, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and project profitability. You will lead a team of five professionals, promoting a collaborative and efficient working environment while supporting their development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all commercial aspects of Planned Maintenance contracts
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a commercial team of five
- Producing accurate financial reports and forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
