The Firm
Our client is a market-leading litigation law firm specialising in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. The firm is L500 ranked for Commercial Litigation Premium in London and their lawyers have worked on some of the most significant and complex disputes in recent English legal history. They are known globally, with multiple Partners recognised by the Legal 500 in the ‘Hall of Fame’ and ‘Leading Individuals’ categories.
The Opportunity
Due to growth, the firm is looking to make some strategic hires in the 2-4 PQE Associate range. The successful Litigation Solicitors can expect to work on a variety of complex litigation cases across multiple jurisdictions. Given the firm’s size, the successful applicants will not only have the opportunity to work closely alongside partners on cutting-edge matters, but they’ll also be given a high level of responsibility from day one.
Requirements
Our client is looking for technically excellent Litigation Solicitors, trained and retained by either a Top 20 UK law firm or a US firm. Other requirements include:
- 2-4 years’ PQE gained from a UK Top 20 or US law firm
- Experience handling premium / complex commercial litigation cases with cross-jurisdictional elements
- Initiative and confidence built on success and achievements
Benefits
Competitive salary, profit share bonus scheme paying between 16-20% of base salary annually, billable hours bonus scheme (in addition), and opportunity for quick internal progression.
