Class 1 HGV Driver

Class 1 HGV Driver (Days) We are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Driver (Days) to work for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work to other company sites, NDC's and RDC's.  Class 1 HGV Drivers will be booked Monday to Friday with start times between 0500 and 0900 each day.  Shift Patterns / Working Hours: + Monday to Friday + Start times will be between 0500 to 0900 + Guaranteed 9.6 hours per shift minimum pay + Daily OT on pay rates The successful Class 1 Driver will: + Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months + Have a valid tacho and DQC card + Have a positive can do attitude Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include: + Trunking goods around the UK + Trailer swaps and backloads You will receive: + Nights – £16.38 per hour  + Nights OT after 9.6 hours daily – £24.57 per hour + 6th Shift – £24.57 per hour for the duration of the shift.  Benefit of working with Pertemps:  + Weekly pay + Pension + Annual leave + 24/7 support + Mortgage references  To apply for the Class 1 HGV Driver role, please submit an up to date CV or call us on (phone number removed) to discuss the opportunity further
