The Registered Manager role is pivotal to ensure that all children’s and staffing needs are met while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and person-centred environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to high standards of care, and a passion for improving the lives of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Ideal Candidate Profile * 5+ years of direct experience in residential childcare settings. * 2+ years in a supervisory or management role, overseeing staff in a care environment. * NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent). * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). * Consistently achieved "Good" or "Outstanding" in recent Ofsted inspections.
