SF Executive have been retained by a small but very high growth, PE backed business in Leicestershire to find them a grounded, commercially astute but hands on Chief Financial Officer for their £10m turnover business.
Working in the services space but with a growing SAAS / software offering, this company is uniquely positioned to own the market in which it operates through leveraging a combination of software, AI and a top tier client base.
As FD / CFO you will work with the CEO and Board to drive performance improvements and set and drive strategy.
You will cover all financial and management reporting, producing best in class financial data and dashboards such that decisions can be made and backed up by both the numbers and sound logic.
For this role, we are fishing in two pools – FD candidates looking for that first No 1 role in a standalone business – CFOs that have had fundraising or exit experience that are looking to bring their experience to bear in a more dynamic environment.
As well as a solid package, there will be an opportunity to gain equity in the business over time and also to work on fundraising / business divestment activity in the future.
This is likely to be a full time role but we would consider candidates looking to work three, four or five days a week.
Although based in Leicestershire, the business has a hybrid working policy and so we could consider candidates from outside the region.
