Situated in Nottingham, SF Executive are working with a medium sized, private equity backed organisation to source a commercial and debt savvy Chief Financial Officer.
The organisation in question is on a very strong growth trajectory and needs a CFO that on the one can make sure the finance team and associated infrastructure are fit for purpose, but also work with the CEO to set and drive the strategic direction of the business.
As well as private equity funding, the business also has a slug of external debt – ideally you will not only have experience of managing PE stakeholders but also the providers of debt solutions, instilling confidence into the providers of these funding mechanisms.
Outside of the debt and funding piece, you will stand shoulder to shoulder with the CEO of the organisation to shape and drive strategy such that the business and its underlying infrastructure grows in a consistent and controlled way.
At the right time you will also lead an exit on behalf of the current private equity backers.
This role will be largely office based so ideally we’d like to engage with PE ready candidates that are within a reasonable commute of Nottinghamshire.
