CDM Consultant/Principal Advisor

Our client is a successful multi-disciplinary Health & Safety Consultancy with a growing global presence. Renowned for providing innovative, tailored safety solutions, they serve a varied client base, including leading organisations in the Construction, Education and Healthcare sectors. Due to continued growth, our client are now seeking a highly skilled CDM Consultant/Principal Advisor to join their forward-thinking team.
As a CDM Consultant/Principal Advisor, you will:
- Provide specialist CDM and Health & Safety advice across multiple sectors such as Construction, Estates/FM, Education and Healthcare.
- Conduct in-depth site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to promote safety and compliance.
- Carry out detailed workplace audits and construction site inspections.
- Assist in accident and incident investigations, delivering comprehensive safety reports to clients.
- Collaborate with design teams, offering expert guidance to evaluate plans and reduce design risks.
What will you need?
- NEBOSH Construction (Diploma preferred).
- IOSH (Tech/Grad/CMIOSH), AaPS (desirable).
- A solid track record in managing health & safety within construction and large-scale organisations, with a focus on developing and executing robust safety management systems.
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations with proven experience acting as Principal Designer/Advisor.
- Experience in conducting Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) audits.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to write high-quality reports and engage confidently with clients.
- Full UK driving license with willingness to travel to sites across the M1 Corridor.
