Call Centre Agent

Job Title: Call Centre Agent Location: Essex Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 About the Role: We are seeking a confident, reliable, and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and/or outbound calls to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
