Role Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile engineer—whether your background is Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning—to manage building services across two City locations. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving, this role requires someone on the ball and ready to tackle varied challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance across multiple disciplines in a commercial office environment.
- Maintain and service the HVAC system e.g AHUs, FCUs, VAVs and VRFs.
- Ensure optimal operation of the building management system.
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with site teams to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Multi-skilled with experience in Building Services (Electrical, Mechanical, or AC).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload across two sites.
On Offer:
- Salary up to £45,000 (or £42,000 + full travel from home).
