A long established MEP Contractor are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their business in their London Office near Holborn Station. Typically this business works on medium and large scale projects across a number of sectors, however the London office typically covers large scale commercial projects with MEP Packages up to £30 million. They have invested massively in the tech behind delivering projects, and this has been a consistent part of their strategy over the last 5 plus years. This has really helped them with achieving some very lofty commercial goals and so there is an opportunity here for you to move into a BIM Management role quite quickly.

You will need to have the following skills and experience to be considered for this role:

  • 5 years using Revit MEP day to day in either a Design Consultancy or MEP Contractor
  • Hands on experience of other BIM Software (Navisworks, Revitzo etc)
  • Excellent technical communication skills
