We are currently recruiting a number of Professional Sales Executives to work with a vehicle technology business based just outside Exeter in Devon. My client is looking for individuals with recent sales or B2B experience, great work ethic, and a genuine desire to progress to join our client's excellent small sales team. Alongside the great pay, commission and bonuses, you’ll receive many other fantastic rewards for your hard work.
The Sales Executive Role:
- To call potential customers/clients to generate interest in order to transfer the prospect to the Business Development Manager to complete a demonstration of the company’s products.
- Manages calls/callbacks.
- Handles objections.
- Develops relationships to ensure effective communication with all departments within the business.
- Leads by example, a role model for new recruits.
- Demonstrates ethical behaviour.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Is a reliable/dependable team player with an excellent attendance record/time-keeping.
- Demonstrates consistent positive behaviour on a day-to-day basis.
- Responds positively to change and supports management in change implementation.
- Demonstrates initiative and drive.
